"It's hard to have a bad experience" here guarantee guests of lodging with a "fantastic" staff and a "perfect location" in Northwest Oklahoma City, away from a busy street, yet "close to restaurants and shopping"; admirers "love the marble tile and the down comforters" in "luxurious" rooms ("like sleeping on a cloud") and stretch their muscles in the "decent gym", which includes a racquetball court; P.S. Bed was amazing best bed I have ever had in a hotel.
Vents in the bathroom had black mold growing on it and we had to ask for the heat to be turned on in January!

Hotel with character, spacious room.
We traveled with our teenager, the sofa bed was not very comfortable and immediately they brought us a very comfortable roll on bed, which made our teenager much happier! The room was very spacious.

The staff was really friendly, and the rooms were exceptionally clean.
The feather mattress covers made it too hot to sleep comfortably despite how cold you turned the air down to. We could've just taken it off.
Will be using this hotel for every visit to OKC. The staff was so nice and the rooms were very clean. It is in a sweet part of town accessible to highways but not noisy.

The rooms and the staff is great! There was a band in the bar on Saturday night.
We stay here every time we visit OKC. The hotel is wonderful and is in a beautiful location. It is perfect for a couples get away but is also great for families!

The staff went the extra mile at all times really made us feel pampered.
This is a fabulous hotel. Definitely at least a 4 star. The facilities were spotless - outdoor heated pool and indoor whirlpool were immaculate. I usually skip the whirlpool, but it is easy to see when things are well maintained and exceed expectations. The staff was incredible, from housekeeping to the management they went out of their way to make us feel at home and a bit pampered.
